trust is built in rooms, not slides
I host intimate dinners of 9 to 21, principals and allocators, built for one purpose: catalyzing capital through real connection. Authenticity, resonance, the right people in the right room with enough trust to have an unscripted, candid conversation. No panels. No pitches. No performance. No puppetry.
Every guest gets a personal briefing before they sit down. Every seat is chosen, not sold. This isn't a networking event. It's relationship capital, stewarded carefully with intention and purpose. And there’s an element of the unexpected, even some fun.
If you want to get in front of UHNW investors, SFOs and allocators - and conferences aren't getting you there, this is the room.

legacy through the lens of energy, emotion & succession psychology
Resolving what traditional advisors can't: the human side of wealth transfers
“We handle the human side of high-stakes leadership & wealth situations.”
Especially the communication, continuity, & performance risks that emerge after success is achieved
holistic, innovative solutions
Create cohesiveness across key foundational areas of your Family Office. Solutions ranging from critical leadership skills to communication to functional health & wellness are expertly tailored to meet your goals now and across generations.
next gen Preparation, Succession planning & bridging the gap
Family Offices know succession matters -but it's always tomorrow's problem. Until it's not.
Investment strategy gets handled. Wealth preservation is covered. But who's preparing your 20-year-old to inherit $50M? Who's bridging the gap between your values and Gen Z's worldview?
Most FO professionals are investment experts, NOT family psychologists. They lack the bandwidth -and frankly, the training -to navigate the emotional minefield of succession.
Meanwhile, you're wondering:
How do I even talk to my teenager about wealth?
How much is too much without killing their ambition?
How do I raise fiscally responsible children in a world of privilege?
The gap between generations isn't closing. It's widening.
We build the bridge. We facilitate communication that lands, handle the conflict, the mess, the psychology your advisors can't (shouldn’t) touch.
The Reckoning after the deal - high stakes transitions
You just built something, sold something, or watched years of work convert into a number.
And instead of relief, there's a strange, heavy quiet.
Who am I now that it's done? What actually mattered here? The outcome? Or the person I was on the way to it?
Liquidity doesn't automatically bring alignment. Often it exposes exactly how far off course you've drifted, chasing velocity instead of values, the scene instead of the soul. Height over depth. . Years of chasing the exit can leave you flush and depleted at the same time, your nervous system still braced for a fight that's technically over. That mismatch between what you have and how you feel is the real cost of a liquidity event.
During high stakes transitions one’s identity and purpose can feel deeply challenged. Left unaddressed, that gap shows up in the body: chronic stress, disrupted sleep, a nervous system stuck in overdrive.
This program uses the latest techniques in wellness, mindfulness, neuroscience, nutrition, and longevity to help you recalibrate. If underneath the “congratulations” you’re running on fumes - let’s talk.
women in wealth, the great horizontal transfer
Over $30 trillion is moving to women through widowhood, divorce, and partner transition.
Estate plans are flawless. Trusts are bulletproof.
But the human transition? Completely unsupported.
What the research shows:
Women are significantly more likely to change advisors post-transition -not due to performance issues, but because the emotional and psychological load wasn't addressed.
Governance breakdowns emerge during ownership transitions, not market stress. And decision-making under grief, fatigue, and hormonal shifts creates material risk at the exact moment clarity is needed most.
Most advisors don't have the bandwidth or training-to navigate this.
This one-day intensive stabilizes identity, authority and clear decision-making before overwhelm takes the wheel or authority is quietly ceded to others.
You remain the advisor. We handle the transition psychology that protects your client relationships and reduces continuity risk.
Executive Longevity & Performance Recovery
Before burnout becomes strategy….
High-performing executives don't fail loudly. They fail quietly—through reduced focus, slower recovery, diminished clarity, and erosion of leadership presence.
What the research shows:
Chronic stress and sleep disruption impair judgment and decision quality
Cognitive fatigue reduces strategic clarity long before you feel "unwell"
Recovery—not optimization—is now the limiting factor for sustained performance
Most executives mistake functioning for thriving. You're still performing, but your capacity is degrading. And by the time you notice, decision quality has already suffered.
This one-day intensive restores capacity before performance degrades. Grounded in functional health, nervous system regulation, and performance psychology—this is not wellness programming. It's an executive intervention designed for leaders operating under sustained cognitive and emotional load.
Longevity and recovery are no longer personal preferences. They're leadership imperatives.
Strategic Partnerships, positioning & investor access
You're losing deals you don’t even know about.
Whether you're a wealth manager competing for a mandate, a family office raising capital for a private deal, or a principal trying to fill a club deal with the right co-investors, the problem is the same: trust, clarity, and being in front of the right people.
Here's what's actually happening. Your track record is strong. Your terms are fair. But when investors compare you to the next person raising capital, they can't tell the difference, and most of what they're comparing isn't competence, it's whether they trust you.
Most capital raisers either communicate so generically that nothing lands, or they're so transactional that investors can feel the ask coming from across the room. In that vacuum, capital goes to whoever feels more relevant, not whoever is actually the better partner.
The real cost? Slower raises despite a solid deal, capital from the wrong investors, or on worse terms, because you took what showed up instead of what fit.
Relating competence is different than inspiring real trust.
This program sharpens how you talk about what you do, builds the trust that gets a deal actually looked at, and maps the exact rooms, dinners, and networks where your real investors already gather.
The people winning capital right now aren't smarter. They're clearer, they're trusted faster, and they're in the right rooms..

CONSCIOUS | REGENERATIVE CATALYST | CAPITAL IMPACT
Money is just energy with direction.
A PHILOSOPHY, NOT A PITCH
WHY US?
Most advisors in the family office space come from either wealth management backgrounds or therapeutic training. I don't.
I come from 25 years in C-suite alternative investment management - watching the same human patterns destroy organizational performance repeatedly despite perfect technical execution—combined with deep contemplative practice in Taoism and Zen Buddhism and fifteen years of solo travel that taught me what human behavior looks like under sustained pressure.
It's not a typical path. That's exactly why it works for the moments where traditional advisory fails.
The pattern I kept seeing: Executive committee conflict paralyzing decisions. Board tensions nobody would name. Succession plans that were technically flawless but relationally hollow. Teams with the strongest credentials fragmenting under pressure. Twenty-five years of the same human infrastructure failures in different organizations.
The recognition: When I started working with family offices, I saw these exact patterns in family wealth transfers. Principals under the same cognitive strain. Next-gen heirs disengaging like talented executives disengage from dysfunctional boards. Widows excluded from investment discussions the way I watched women get sidelined in finance. Money frozen by conflict nobody will mediate.
What I built: Four one-day facilitated workshops addressing what fiduciary advisors can't solve. Conflict mediation before family dysfunction blocks deployment. Authority transfer support during transition. Cognitive capacity protection under sustained pressure. Performance discipline when credentials aren't enough. Integration of sports psychology, behavioral neuroscience, and functional health optimization applied to wealth transfer moments.
The contemplative lens: My practice of Taoism isn't background-it's how I see and work with conflict. Taoist thinking teaches systems observation, not individual blame. Recognition of natural flow versus fighting it. Zen practice trains the capacity to hold space for what's not being said. To observe without attaching to outcomes. To see breakdown as information, not failure.
This moved from intellectual study to lived practice during fifteen years traveling solo to challenging environments across six continents. When you're alone where judgment errors have immediate consequences, these practices become embodied. You learn what observation without judgment actually means. What resilience looks like versus what people claim. How pressure degrades decision-making over time. You become an intense observer of human behavior- yours and others'- because survival depends on accurate pattern recognition.
The integration: The ability to walk into a family office or executive environment and immediately sense unspoken tensions. To identify relational fault lines before they explode. To recognize conflict patterns early. This comes from 25 years in high-stakes finance combined with contemplative practice and pressure observation. It's what people sometimes describe as exceptional emotional intelligence—but it's really pattern recognition developed through specific training.
The network: Deep relationships with UHNW families, investors, and service providers across the US, UK, and EU built over 25 years. Families want to meet families facing similar succession, transition, and stewardship challenges. Access is valuable infrastructure.
The credentials: Georgetown Law. Boston College. C-suite experience spanning governance, risk, compliance in alternative investment platforms. FCA-regulated roles. Years integrating leadership psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness (breathwork, meditation, sound therapy, visualization), and functional health optimization into systematic approaches for human infrastructure failures in wealth transitions.
I work with those who recognize that technical excellence alone no longer protects relationships through transitions or sustains decision quality under sustained pressure.

Every wealth transfer is a family stress test - and many families fail. The estate plan is flawless. The trust structure is bulletproof. But siblings aren't speaking. A DAUGHTER is on 4 ssris. The next gen feels unprepared, siloed. And no one knows how to bridge the gap between generations.
That is where we come in….
Learn to master intentional wealth stewardship & address practical and emotional dimensions of the family legacy.
We consciously work with our clients to create Legacies of Stewardship, Values, & Balance.
